Thank you for using the Rodo App (“App”, \ “Company”, “we,” “our” or “us”). Rodo is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors’ personal information (“PI”). We provide this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), explaining our online information practices and the choices that you can make regarding your PI as handled by Rodo. You agree to this Policy, in its entirety, when you: (i) access or use our App; (ii) register as a member on the App; (iii) register for our services via co-registration on another site or app; and/or (iv) register as a content producer on the App.

PI

We collect PI when you start to register for Rodo. PI includes any information that can be used to identify you. PI we may request often includes, but is not limited to, your:

  • Name
  • Postal address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Facsimile number
  • Payment information (e.g. credit card numbers and billing addresses), if purchases or payments are made
  • Banking information
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Age except with any offer of credit
  • Gender except with any offer of credit
  • Other demographic information (e.g. occupation, income range)
  • IP Address
  • Browser type you use (i.e. Chrome)
  • Operating system you use (i.e. Windows)
  • Your internet service provider (i.e. Yahoo)
  • Other technical information collected by Rodo servers.

We use this to enhance your order experience, improve quality of the App, personalize your experience, optimize components of your deal (i.e. such as monthly lease payment, amount due at signing etc.) and aggregate data to analyze Rodo usage.

Cookies

The technologies used on the App to collect usage data, include cookies and/or gif files (data files placed on a device when using Rodo) to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the user’s device. We, or our third-parties, may place files for tracking on your device to improve security, and enable easier App usage, retain your preferences and uses such as monitoring, pages visited, and time spent on App. To find out more about Cookies, please visit www.cookiecentral.com.

To see whether you can potentially minimize the number of cookies you receive, or remove cookies previously installed on your browser, review your browser’s help info or related instructions from the relevant browser. If you disable or opt out of receiving cookies, recognize that some Rodo features may be inhibited because we cannot identify you. Further, our offers we provide may be less specific to your needs. Should you block or remove cookies, details of tracking explained in this Policy may change. Some browsers have a "do not track" option that allows you to inform Apps that you do not want to be tracked.

When a user blocks cookies, such user may remain on the App; however, some functions of the App may be limited or less operable when Cookies are disabled.

Use and Sharing of PI

We use the PI that you supply to personalize your experience with the App. The PI that you submit to Rodo, is shared with third-parties only as necessary and in compliance with state and federal law.

Third-parties we share with will use best commercial efforts to safeguard your PI and communicate with you in compliance with the pertinent laws. We will contact you, with your consent, with relevant information and unique opportunities. You also agree that we may contact you at any time with updates and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate for you to receive in connection with your continued use of the App.

We may use this information to respond to your questions; monitor performance of our services (including ensuring App is operational) or otherwise provide support including satisfaction surveys; manage risk; prevent or investigate violations of law (i.e. fraud) or of our terms; rights of other users or third parties; identify issues; or other inappropriate conduct.

Rodo relies on third-parties to optimize the App. We do our utmost to ensure we only use third-parties with industry-standard data handling practices, however, we cannot control or be responsible for, the practices of our third-parties.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, Rodo reserves the right to release current or past PI: (i) in the event that we believe that the App is being or has been used in violation of Rodo Terms of Use, or if App is otherwise being used to commit unlawful acts; (ii) if such PI is subpoenaed; provided, however, that, we will notify you of a subpoena when permitted by law; or (iii) if Rodo is sold, merged or acquired; provided, however, you will be notified digitally of any change in ownership or uses of your PI, as well as any choices that you may have regarding your PI.

Use of PI may also be necessary to execute a contract on services or provide products you requested. If you wish to stop receiving communication from us and/or third parties or you have some objection to how your data is handled as described in this Privacy Policy, you can withdraw consent anytime by emailing .

We may use information available from other sources including third-parties and online and offline sources, further, we may combine such with information you provide us. In the event of a reasonable business justification, we reserve the right to share or sell the PI to advertising or offer partners.

Security

Your data is protected by technical, physical and administrative safeguards built to protect the integrity and security of your information. Nevertheless, Rodo, cannot guarantee the security of data you send through the App. We cannot warranty that such data may not be disclosed, changed, destroyed or accessed by a breach of any of our safeguards. Further, we cannot ensure that when you share your data with a third-party, that such data will not be viewed by unauthorized parties.

If you contact us to modify the safeguards surrounding your data, we will do our utmost to accommodate such safeguards, although we cannot guarantee the security for such data. Rodo cannot be held accountable for circumvention by other parties of any part of this Policy. Even following deletion, data you posted may remain archived and available to other parties.

Collection of Information from Minors

Rodo is a general audience App and it is our intention that our App should be used only by individuals over age eighteen (18). To ensure compliance with federal law and state law, as necessary, Rodo does not knowingly collect or maintain information provided by children under the age of 18.

Opting-Out/Unsubscribe

To opt out of Rodo sharing your PI with third-parties for direct marketing, please e-mail us at subject line should say “Opt-Out of Direct Communication”.

Note: California law allows California residents to request certain facts about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing. According to California law, Rodo must either furnish such information or allow those residents to decline such sharing. We satisfy California requirements by offering the opt-out.

Retention of Personal Information

Rodo retains PI for no longer than necessary to meet the purposes discussed in this Privacy Policy, except for where an extended retention period is demanded or permitted by pertinent law.

Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Information

If you would like to modify or delete your PI as held by Rodo, please email us at with specific instructions regarding how you want us to modify or delete your info. We will do our utmost to respond quickly.

Telemarketing Consent

Notwithstanding any decision to opt-in or opt-out of receiving telemarketing calls, if you sign up for Rodo here or by other means, you agree to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded telemarketing calls, as well as, text messaging, from Rodo or on its behalf. Phone calls received from Rodo may be automated with automated voice.

The caller may leave a message on your voicemail with queries regarding your Rodo membership or information. You warrant and certify that the contact information you shared with us is accurate. It is your duty to notify us when such information changes. Your phone service provider (i.e. Sprint) will charge you according to the agreement you have with them.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Policy may be updated from time-to-time and without prior notice to you; such changes will reflect our updated data handling practices. We will post a prominent notice on the App to inform you of important changes to this Privacy Policy and the most recent date will be posted on the App.

Your California Privacy Rights

This Privacy Policy explains our information sharing practices including how we share data this Policy covers and applies to marketing uses as well. California residents have the right to ask Rodo once a year for direct marketing sharing practices information which includes categories of information shared and contact information of those we shared data with.
